I offer both short-term and open-ended sessions to accommodate varying client needs and circumstances. Session frequency and duration are determined based on individual
requirements and therapeutic objectives.
For certain clients, particularly those seeking support with specific life decisions or immediate concerns, two to three sessions may provide sufficient intervention. Others may benefit from extended therapeutic engagement, allowing for deeper exploration of complex emotional patterns and sustained personal development.
Embarking on counselling does not require immediate long-term commitments or predetermined sessions. Initial contact via email or telephone provides an opportunity for clients to discuss their goals and ask relevant questions about the process.
This preliminary consultation enables individuals to gain insight into the counselling experience and determine whether the therapeutic style and professional approach align with their personal preferences and requirements.
Each counselling session is allocated sixty minutes, providing adequate time for meaningful therapeutic engagement whilst maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and scheduling efficiency.
Individual sessions: £60
Couples sessions: £80
The fee structure reflects the different levels of therapeutic intervention required for individual and relationship counselling.
